TTC after Chemical Pregnancy

So we had a welcome suprise last week when we found out we were pregnant with our first. Unfortunately, we had experienced a chemical pregnancy and miscarried a few days prior (I took the test after abnormal spotting following a "period") which was confirmed this past week through HcG blood testing.

We have decided to go ahead and try again as soon as possible and we were advised to what until after my next cycle. I am continuing prenatals, cutting caffeine and alcohol, and I will continue to track CM (which I was roughly doing previously). I would like to add in tracking ovulation with tests....any advice on using ovulation tests or any other TTC tips and tricks to implement...especially after a chemical pregnancy?
