HELP .. could it be PH level ? How do I balance

I went to the hosital due to having a yellow discharge , tested negative for EVERYTHING ... my PH level was 6.0 google says normal ph level is 3.8-4.5 ..... I have not seen any discharge but it smells bad down there ! Not a fish smell , but it’s a certain smell I haven’t had before and it’s strong because I could be sitting down & I smell it .:. Please help & let me know what I could do to balance my ph level , again I did go to the hospital & tested negative for everything .
