I was finally told I can start <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> journey now that I got my bmi under 50. I was told if at any point I go over ill be stopped until weight goes back down. I am active and still trying to lose weight but nervous as I gained 2 pounds back in a week. I am even more scared as the hormones and birth control cause weight gain. I got all my mess and appointments arranged and paid so much money for me to lose focus. What has helped you ladies keep weight off or lose it during the hormone treatments
