What to bring to create a relaxing labor environment?

I want to have my baby natural, with my first the epidural failed. So this go around I just want to know if there is anything that y’all have done to make the room relaxing as possible at the hospital?

A massager! With my contractions I had my husband rub a massager on my back and rub for counter pressure and I SWEAR it was how I got through without meds with my second! This is the exact one I used!

My own pillow from home, lights turned down/off, hot shower and bath. If there was music playing I didn't hear it but the hot water running on my lower back was flipping amazing.

I was going to maybe bring my echo dot to play soothing music and keep the lights dim.

If you can have a room with a shower, take a hot shower while dilating. You partner can manage your back in the meantime or you can bounce on the ball while in the shower. The hot water helps a lot.
