Stopping bc all together
Has anyone with pretty bad periods (when younger) stopped using birth control all together and experienced a better cycle? I've been on birth control for 8 years and I think I need a break. My depression and anxiety have gotten pretty bad. I'm okay with using just condoms for now. I've done the ring for 9 days and pill for 8 years... it's just really hard right now... any advice?
