period help!!!

i’m 15 years old and i’ve had my period for 3 years now since 2017. and they have been horrivle ever since and they have been getting worse and worse by the month. now every time on my period, my cramps are SUPER BAD where i can’t even walk and i start having bad diarrhea too. also, i throw up during my period and i get dizzy. sometimes i even cry my self to sleep because of my cramps. and yes i have tried so many pills for cramps and stuff. but none of them work on me. i have a boyfriend but my mom would never let me get on birtch control because of him. i really want birth control for my period. but she said too bad that’s how it’s gonna be now. i don’t know what to do . my aunt told me to tell her if j want to get on birth control because of periods or sex, etc. but i’m scared to becuase my mom gets super pissed when i tell thinfs to my aunt. ( please don’t judge)
