I am EXHAUSTED and I can barely get myself off the couch somedays.

I have seriously been soooo EXHAUSTED!

I don't know if it is because I'm 9 weeks pregnant, because I'm still stuck at home social distancing, because I'm not working right now, because I spend 24/7 with a busy toddler, or if maybe there is some underlying depression.

I get up at 6am with my toddler and plop myself on the floor or the couch next to him. I nap twice a day with him and am still so tired.

I know that I will feel a little bit better if I get up and get moving but I can't seem to muster up the energy/ambition to get up.

Please give me any tips or advice that might help me!!
