Anyone else

So I have had on and off pink, brown and then this for the last 4 weeks since finding out I am pregnant , I went to the doctors to get my levels redone yesterday , since on Saturday they were 999 today they were 1400 , I am not sure why this keeps happening . If I am having a miscarriage or what but I am freaking out I have never dealt with this much blood with any of my pregnancy and I have had 2 healthy babies ; my last pregnancy I had a hematoma (subchronic hemorrhage) but it only bled a little and was completely gone after first trimester . I am really concerned my doctor said it was normal I was sneezing before I went to the bathroom tho . I just need some answers , I know your not a doctor but has this happen to you and you had a healthy baby at the end of the road I’ll, and I haven’t had sex my doctor told me not to

Also this is not all the time bleeding sometimes it’s just brown discharge
