What medications do doctors usually prescribe for insomnia? I’m thinking I might have to go see a doctor about it soon. I can stay up for days at a time no matter how hard I’ve been working during the day or how early I try to sleep and it’s starting to take a toll on me. My body’s so exhausted that’s it’s making me feel sick to my stomach. Feel free to share your experiences.

(And yes I have tried melatonin and any other OTC sleep aids nothing works for me)
