I am 8 weeks post part, I start light pink spotting 10 days ago. It led to being bright red then the next days it stopped. Then the next day I started heavily bleeding. Like extremely not like my usual period and I am on my second child. I bled a heavy flow for 9 days, lost a good bit of tissue and some bigger than normal blood clots. Well “my period” had ended and then 2 days later I was having sex and it got extremely wet and slightly painful so we checked and there was blood everywhere. Bright red had tissue all on the bed, wasnt like period blood. What could this be from?
