Low dose birth control pill questions

I’m starting a low dose birth control pill today

I’ve tried hormonal and non hormonal IUDs, the implant and nuvaring. My IUDs expelled, the implant has horrible side effects for me and so did the nuva ring

Is a low dose birth control just as effective at preventing pregnancy as high dose birth controls?

Me and my boyfriend don’t use condoms and he doesn’t pull out (just preference for the both of us)

Will it still be just as effective at preventing pregnancy if taken perfectly?
