Sertraline withdrawal or tss?

So I’m on sertraline 150mg

I rationed because the pharmacy couldn’t sort me out until Friday.

My period ended quite abruptly than normal. Normally it’s 5-6 days gets lighter and lighter.

Sunday- 150mg Was bleeding loads. (Period started this day)

Monday- 100mg. Used super-super tampons because I was bleeding loads and pads. Slept in a pad. Bled on my boyfriends bedroom floor 😩

Tuesday- 0mg. Used super strength but noticed when I changed it before bed it was only a little blood but because I didn’t want to risk what happens the night before and sometimes I don’t bleed If haven’t eaten. And I ate late that day. Slept in the tampon from 10pm to 5pm (he works and drops me off home) I think I kept it in like a hour I came home.

Today - 150mg (like an hour or two ago) Managed fine without wearing anything. Period seems done.

Here’s the symptoms I’m feeling

-Diarrhoea

-cramps

-Low key nausea and vomiting

-internal tremors (this ones normal for me if I miss a day)

-external tremors

-throats a bit off but I assume it’s because I have smoked a lot today.

I did look at the symptoms and red hand palms was on it. I included a picture but I have suddenly forgot what my hands used to look like 😂🙄🙄

Like this could be me being anxious because of the sertraline 😂

But I’m home alone tonight and a few days because I’m home from uni but my parents are away.

I don’t want to worry anyone if I’m being stupid ya kno.
