Would you rather a handwritten note or a printed one?

I’m helping run a business and every thank you note is handwritten but obviously that is time consuming but not that big of a deal. If you ordered something would you rather get a ink to paper thank you, a printed version of a ink to paper thank you (thank you note was written out then copied for mass use), or it doesn’t matter

People like to feel “special”.  And writing a handwritten note will make people feel something like “aw how nice. I’ll order from this company again”
Handwritten makes it a little more personal

Whenever I get a hand-written note with something I buy, it makes me feel special like they wrote it just for me￼. I love that!￼ I don’t judge a company for not sending a handwritten note, but the ones that do, really stand out in my opinion.￼

I have horrible handwriting. I would get kind printed. However hand written is more personal and makes them feel special that you took the time to do so.
