What is wrong with me 😭

2weeks pp and all I want throughout the day is help from my husband, but when he gets home I don’t let him help . WHY! I just tell him no I got it and do it myself. But I need a break! Am I crazy or what

I’m the same way. I just talked to my husband and told him how I was feeling. I told him that whenever he asks if I need help, I might say I got it but I might not mean it. I’m not expecting him to read my mind but I just told him to ask me twice. If the second time I said the same thing then I really can handle it. But being asked twice causes me to think again and realize I actually do need help.

Your partner need ample time to bond with the baby. Let go of the baby and leave the room. Don't hover.

That's ridiculous, he's the baby's father and needs to learn to be a parent too. You're not giving him that chance.

I can totally relate and baby isn’t even here yet. It is not in my nature to accept help from others, especially my husband- something I’m trying to work on.
