SLEEP TRAINING

okay, I need advice/tips/ a miracle from god😂

My 8 month old is currently struggling with sleep. Her current night time schedule is 8pm-8am, and she currently wakes MULTIPLE times per night. Here are some things I’m currently trying.

-she is in a crib in our room with black out curtains and a white noise machine

-we put her down, give a kiss and walk out

-once she starts crying we watch on the monitor until it becomes screams, then go in and rub/pat back until calm, then walk out.

-after we do this a few times she is asleep for about 1-2 hours, then she wakes again. I do that same (rub/leave) method until she falls back to sleep.

-normally around 2-3am she will not return to sleep so I give her a bottle, change her then put her back down and repeat above steps.

- 8am we start the day

I’m literally sleeping in 2 hour intervals and it’s seriously taking a toll. I work from home and my husband has to go into work so he never gets up with the baby during the night, it’s all me. I need to figure out something before I loose my mind.

Anyone take any seminars or do any methods that work for them? The funny thing is, up until 6 months she slept from 8pm-4:30am without waking up, so I know she can do it!
