My first period after 10 months

Ok so I have been on depo for a few years now. I decided to take my last one in October 2019. I had a cycle in February 2020 which lasted for 5 days. I woke up Wednesday morning and went to take my first urine for the day. Low and behold, my cycle is on. I’m excited because me and hubby have been trying and my gynecologist told us to wait it out until the shot is out of my system. He told me around 10 months and I will have my cycle back. I am so happy cause now we can start trying after this cycle. Does anyone have any insight on what will help me conceive quicker. My biological clock is ticking
