Super weird pee symptom...

Okay I've never experienced this before, but I wake up around 5am and I have to pee so badly. Full bladder, stomach is feeling hard. Now here's the weird part. I go to the toilet and I have an extremely hard time actually peeing. It won't come out even though I feel like my bladder is going to burst. I have to reeeally squeeze and the pee comes out slowly and trickly. It takes forever. It only happens this first time in the AM. Has anyone experienced this?? This is my second pregnancy so maybe my pelvic floor is weak or something?
