Question about multiples.

I had didi twins 2 years ago. Im currently 6 weeks now. I went to the ER for bleeding after sex. They checked me, hcg was 5,000 at 5 weeks and ultrasound showed 1 babe. I have been feeling like i felt with my twins. How much was your hcg levels around the same time when you ladies where expecting twins? I didnt checked hcg levels with that multiple pregnancy until my US at 16 weeks they told me it was twins. I had nausea at night so bad it woke me up like 2 weeks ago.
