2nd ultrasound today

Went in for my second scan today. I’m 5 weeks 6 days. Last week week I was 4 weeks 5 days and only saw a gestational sac. Today we saw an even bigger sac a yolk sac and baby attached to yolk sac. Couldn’t pick up fetal pole yet but doctor said it’s normal because I’m still super early. He said he could scan me again in two days and get a reading. So I’m going back Wednesday the 12th ugh fingers crossed. He said everything looks good so far but can’t give me the 100 percent in the clear until we hear heart beat. I’m high risk and very anxious
