Violation of HIPPA?

Hi everyone!

So my mom and I both see the same cardiologist. Back in June , my mom went in to have a procedure done. She was awake during it and I guess she got nervous and told the cardiologist that her daughter also goes to him. He asks for my name and he pulls up my chart and proceeds to tell her all about my condition and what medication s I take for it and everything. My mom calls me after her appointment and starts asking me why I act like my condition is a big deal when it’s not. Asks why I tried a trial drug and so on and so forth. My mom and I are not close like that. We’re more like friends than we are mother and daughter. I would’ve never allowed for her to have my medical information. Is there anything I can do about this? I’m 21 might I add
