Shouldn’t they be darker?

According to my app, I should be 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant (19 DPO). Because I am addicted to testing and I’m paranoid about a miscarriage....I tested today (for like the 20th time since confirmation) and now I’m worried because I feel like the lines should be so much darker. Is this normal?

A test is either pregant or not pregnant.. the line only indicate positive or negative not how far along you are.

Pregnancy tests are not an indication of how pregnant you are and won’t stop you miscarrying.

Unfortunately testing so much will just stress you out. It’s positive; try your best to relax and enjoy the ride. I know its so difficult I have had 2 miscarriages and when I got pregnant with my daughter I didn’t get to enjoy as much as I wished for literally half or more of my pregnancy because I was just so paranoid.

Don’t worry, it was the same for me when i was 4 weeks even though my HCG was very high my line got darker at 5w, I’d recommend you to do blood test since you had a previous miscarriage, Good luck 🤍
