Tips on helping stay at home mom burn out? 😫

I have a 18 month old and am pregnant and due in November (yay!!) but this pandemic has just completely pushed me mentally and I AM WORE OUT. I am extroverted and rarely stay home (pre-ā€˜rona) for more than a couple hours. If I wasn’t pregnant, I would consider going back to work but I’m a teacher and I don’t feel comfortable doing that right now. My husband works 2 jobs right now and I barely see him so I haven’t even been getting consistent adult conversations.

Any tips?

I have a couple friends that we still get together for play dates with which helps a little but it’s not enough.

I’m thinking of pouring my energy into building a ā€œcurriculumā€ for my 18month old and doing our toddler version of school. But idk??? It’d be nice to have my own thing separate from the kids ya know?

I don’t really like tv or movies.

I don’t bake or sew.

I did jog but it’s too hot where I live to run while pregnant.
