Tips on helping stay at home mom burn out? š«
I have a 18 month old and am pregnant and due in November (yay!!) but this pandemic has just completely pushed me mentally and I AM WORE OUT. I am extroverted and rarely stay home (pre-ārona) for more than a couple hours. If I wasnāt pregnant, I would consider going back to work but Iām a teacher and I donāt feel comfortable doing that right now. My husband works 2 jobs right now and I barely see him so I havenāt even been getting consistent adult conversations.
Any tips?
I have a couple friends that we still get together for play dates with which helps a little but itās not enough.
Iām thinking of pouring my energy into building a ācurriculumā for my 18month old and doing our toddler version of school. But idk??? Itād be nice to have my own thing separate from the kids ya know?
I donāt really like tv or movies.
I donāt bake or sew.
I did jog but itās too hot where I live to run while pregnant.
