Could these be parts of my mucas plug or just normal discharge?

Feel very embarrassed posting this (hence why I’m posting anonymously) but as it’s my first baby I have no clue what to look out for 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve been having what I’m assuming is just Braxton hicks on and off all day and often feeling very wet down there and I just went for a pee and this mucasy substance was on the tissue with both wipes.

Me and my partner did have sex yesterday for the first time in quite some time so I’m assuming that’s why I’ve been having strong Braxton hicks on and off today but could this also be because of the sex, just normal discharge or be part of my plug?
