Two c section scars?

Question

Anyone had to have another cut? I gave birth two days ago and the surgeon mentioned having to cut a new area due to my bladder(something of that nature). If he would’ve cut through old scar it would’ve cut into my bladder.🤔. I can’t really see the scar because i still have belly fat, but jus curious anyone else experience this?

I’ve had two c sections back to back my doctor cut me in the same spot where my first one was.

When you have a second or more csection the old scar would be cut out and replaced with a new one so old scar tissue wouldn't interfere with the new incision and healing. With your situation having a completely different incision sight due to protecting your bladder was a good thing but how it will heal I couldn't tell you but I have known several women with vertical and horizontal incisions and honestly it is something special to know they have those scars for their babes. Try taking a look with a hand mirror or taking a photo with your phone. Blessings to you and yours!

My mom had 3 sections, and she said she has 2 scars. Mine and my brother were the same, but my sister’s was slightly different. I’ve obviously never seen them but she said they weren’t that far apart but definitely two lines. She said they are very faint now so I’m sure once they heal up it won’t be that obvious. Also want to know how it looks like to have two scars. I have only had one but I am wondering what my next birth should be like if I get the chance to choose unlike the first.
