How to stop breast milk?

Please no judgement, but for me and my child’s health reasons, I cannot pump or breastfeed. 
Has anyone else gone through this that can help me with after birth — stopping my milk supply ect? I’ve heard so many things and would just like to know from anyone’s experience.

This probably isn’t helpful but I’ve heard a lot about cabbage? Try looking that up. Like you put cabbage leaves in your bra and it helps dry up milk.

Avoid expressing any milk if you can. If you are super uncomfortable, express only enough to get you comfortable and no more than that. Supply will often meet demand so if you don’t demand any your supply should go down. Cabbage leave in your bra can also help.

Have you already had your baby? They will give you something at hospital if not..... plus they will help you with the process of what to do! They were great explaining everything to my sister in law..... (I’ve always breastfed so I don’t have any personal ideas sorry)

Only hand express, as little as possible, for comfort. Sudafed will help dry you up as well

I wore double sports bras 24/7 and kept everything nice and tight. Avoid letting the water hit your chest in the shower. Sudafed will also help. The first few days after your supply actually comes in are tough but it gets easier. It took about a week for me to start to feel some relief

Make sure you are wrapped tight... I would suggest an ace bandage of sorts. It’s probably going to be a little painful Tylenol should help!

So you can not latch baby after birth at all.. If you feel pain, hand express or maybe a silicone milk catcher (but I’m sure you wouldn’t wanna waste on it). Wear a fitting bra, don’t let hot/warm water touch breasts. Basically no nipple simulation too.. try some Sudafed- heard that dries up milk. 
I only had to not latch baby and my milk barley even came in... I hand expressed a little bit- but didn’t have to a lot.

So I use dottera essential oils and they say to completely avoid peppermint oil bc it can dry up your supply. I would get a good brand and try that even ingest it. Also cabbage leaves with ace bandage wrapped around your breasts.
