HELP!!! Discharge!!!! 5 weeks 4 days pregnant

Has anyone had any experience with this discharge? I had spotting on Friday and went to the hospital, they said it’s a Sub chorionic hematoma... Saturday morning I started to get this discharge. Is this the beginning of a MC?
