Could I be further along?

So we have just found out on mon that we are pregnant again with a very strong positive.

However, the month before my period was a full 10 days early which is highly unusual for me. Its usually like clockwork.

It was 4 days of bleeding but didn't seem like a normal period. We did have sex the day before ovulation in june so early 'period ' july.

Could I be further along than the 4 weeks 6 days I'm meant to be due to the unusual period? X
