Help!! Itchy hands and feet

I’m 36 weeks and my hands and feet itch so bad I literally laid in bed lastnight with a wash cloth soaked in alcohol rubbing them so hard to only get 20 seconds of relief my feet was so bad i started crying ( I’m tough people make jokes about how i will not cry ) it was working on my nerves so bad i couldn’t get ease and today I’ve woke up and I’m itching all over like i have bugs on me has anyone else had this ? Is It something I need to talk to my dr about ?
