Pregnancy symptoms

I’m still early, only 6 weeks. But I don’t feel pregnant at all. This is my 2nd pregnancy but to be honest I don’t remember my first much. The whole pregnancy was traumatic and I went into labor at 25 weeks and had a traumatic birth too.

I keep thinking the doctors are mistaken and I’m not pregnant this time lol

just curious how far along you were when you had symptoms and what your first symptoms were? What symptoms did you have between 6-12 weeks? So far I have no symptoms at all.
