Super Painful Bump

I have had this for about 2 weeks, I believe it’s a boil. However just about 2 days ago it went from a normal boil to this. I am in so much pain from it. I believe that hair right on the middle is what is causing most of my pain. Does anyone know what this is or any at home tricks to take the pain away or try and help it heal. I will do anything at this point, to avoid the doctor’s. Please help me if you know of anything!
