Swollen feet

The past few weeks i have been in absolute pain. The arches of my feet hurt so badly that it is so painful to walk, my boyfriend massages them sometimes but its so painful i could actually shed a few tears. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? 😭 i've already tried to keep my feet elevated and i've tried soaking them but in ice cause i felt like it was more soothing lol
