Fear of Throwing up
Do any of you have a genuine fear of throwing up?? I have really bad panic attacks when I get sick at all and I CANT throw up. It makes my anxiety so bad. Any time my son gets any kind of sickness I start having panic attacks thinking that I’m going to get sick. I know it kind of sounds ridiculous, so I’m just wondering if anyone has the same issue, what you do to help?? Is there a certain type of therapist I can go to?
