Not feeling pregnant

I’ll be 12 weeks tomorrow and today i just don’t feel pregnant. I didn’t get any morning sickness this pregnancy only symptoms i got were super bloated and sore boobs. Today i don’t feel so bloated and boobs aren’t as sore. I had a MMC last November at 16 weeks so this pregnancy I’m already nervous. I have an appointment on Thursday, appointments have been hard for me bc I’m so scared of hearing those words again. I’m a nervous wreak until i see my baby’s heartbeat flicking on the US. I know everything’s prob okay and my symptoms just may be subsiding a bit since i am entering my 2trimester next week but i can’t help but worry :/
