Advice please!!

So, how do you go about letting people know what you need for baby? No ones planning a baby shower. Just a Sip and See after baby is born and I’m afraid I won’t end up with hardly anything we actually need. This is my 3rd girl so I really don’t need clothes, just diapers,wipes,soap/lotions + a couple bigger items that were given to me with my first and have gotten worn out or broken going through my two girls. Do I just share my registry(s) on Facebook and hope for the best? I’d feel rude doing that but idk what else to do?!
