2ww symptoms before bfp ?

Hi ladies, I know I’m symptom spotting but a girl can’t help it 😂😂 I’m 7dpo last night I had the weirdest pinching/prickling pain on my ride side the only time I have ever felt anything like it is when I conceived my second baby... ive been having bad cramps, lower back pain and leg aches ever since and af isn’t due for another week ! Also noticed some stretchy clear cm when using the bathroom earlier. Anyone else have similar symptoms that ended in a bfp ?
