Why would you only get two dna test results back when you had dna done on 3 kids?

My baby daddy has 3 other kids and the mom took him to court for child support and had dna done on all 3 kids but he only got two results back? Why?

Even if it wasn’t his if she tested the 3rd kid too then he should get results back either way to confirm one way or the other. Sounds like either a mistake done by the testing place by forgetting to do one test, or there is just a delay in getting final result
Or the mom knows the third is not his and that isn’t a question so did not get testing done on third

The judge did say the last result was questionable. But I would still think he should’ve got the results.

You don't just not get results back if it's not his kid. It more likely it either got lost in the mail or they sent it out later. You can easily contact the lab and ask them to resend it.
