Attn mom's with scoliosis! - updated

Hey ladies! I just found out I have thoracolumbar scoliosis with an S shape. I've been having back pain ever since my youngest was born about 4 months ago, so I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with this. The issue I'm having is my doctor isn't exactly being helpful - she diagnosed me and was basically "there's nothing we can do, have a nice day." I realize she can't just straighten my spine, but she gave me no suggestions for pain management, no suggestions for exercises to help strengthen my back muscles to better support my spine. I feel like she's all but written me off because it's not "fixable". I'm in pain every day, I have an infant and older children to care for. I have episodes when the pain is extreme and immobilizing. I told her all this at my initial appointment, but I guess she doesn't have any advice for me. So my question is, is there really nothing I can do to help find relief? I know it's not curable, but is there anything I can to at least take the edge off? Any specific exercises I should focus on that might help?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you all so much! The last bit of communication with my doctor makes me want to go get a second opinion. She said the scoliosis isn't what's causing my pain? But she also didn't want me to come back to see her. So basically, she doesn't know what's causing my pain but I have scoliosis and she doesn't want to pursue any treatment or to identify the root of my pain. Sooooo I'm a bit confused as to where to go from here, aside from finding a new doctor. But I'm encouraged by you all to find some relief, so thank you for that! You ladies are wonderful.
