Nexplanon - Menstrual Cycle

Ive had the implant on for a little over a year now and I recently got my period about 3 days ago. I have not gotten any period or spotted since the first month I got it inserted. I’m really worried the first day it was spotting and the past two days was heavy and very painful cramps. Including tender breasts and body weakness. Regular symptoms you’d say, yet the previous month my breast were really sensitive and tender, and mood swings were horrible. I was concerned about those symptoms but once I noticed I got my period it made sense.

Should I be concerned that my period came back? Am I supposed to go see someone? Is it normal? Could I get pregnant?
