What’s going on in my baby’s diaper?

So my little girl is 4 months old. Combo fed, breast and formula.

Nothing in her or my diet has changed out of the ordinary.

The last few days she was acting slightly constipated, like it has been hard for her to “go”. Usually, her diapers are kinda runny, lately it’s been like thick peanut butter.

Also, the color has been green, like a dark green. I know that sometimes green can mean a foremilk/hindmilk imbalance, but it’s been thick too, and I thought milk imbalances are supposed to be frothy.

Any ideas?
