Can I take a bath while pregnant?

My doctor only put in the notes no hot tubs, jacuzzis etc but nothing about baths. If I
Can how hot is too hot?! I’m 13 weeks if that makes a difference

Youre good! The whole point is you just don’t want water hot enough to raise your internal body temperature (like a fever). I take a bath almost every day 😂 I like mine pretty hot and when I do that I put less water so it doesn’t go over my stomach. I’m not in for too long 😊

Yep I took tons of baths while I was pregnant. It was the only thing that helped with my achy hips. I just made sure the water was warm and not hot

I’ve taken hot baths with both my girls and now wit my son and I’ve been fine and they are fine. I just make sure it’s Lukewarm once I hit at least 30-35weeks just incase

Yes you’re fine. I love baths so have been taking them still (just a bit cooler than usual). We also turned the hot tub down so I can take a dip in there every once in a while.  I’m 31 weeks and all is good. Just don’t overheat and you’re ok 😊

It’s less about the container (jacuzzi or tub) and more about body temp.  I like hot baths because I have back problems and it helps my muscles, but I don’t stay in long.  Once I feel hot I get out or just kinda cool off for a few.  And I leave my belly out of the water...as if I could submerge it at this point anyway.

Yes you can as long as the water isn't too hot for too long eg your skin shouldn't turn pink, and baths cool down within a few mins unlike Jacuzzis that are hotter and stay hot
