i’m 38 weeks and for the last week and a half i’ve been extremely nauseous with bad headaches and seeing spots. i’m not sure if i should call my doctor or if this is just normal end of pregnancy crappiness? i have an appointment Thursday.

Definitely call especially if your pressures were elevated your last appt. At the very least, go get your blood pressure checked somewhere, even at a pharmacy.
