Words of encouragement

So my husband and I have been together 3 years and have 2 kids together. My daughter isn't biologically his but he's been there since she was 8 months old and she doesn't know her bio. Well his family hates me. Always has probably always will. I'm the girl that stole him away. I don't pretend he's perfect in fact I call him an ass almost everyday because well he's an ass. Lol I love him but that doesn't change facts. His family however thinks he hung the mom and walks on water. So his family makes it their life mission to exclude me from everything. Literally my husband is having dinner with his family right now. Was supposed to just be him his brother and his grandpa. He asked if we (me and the kids) could come or if it was just "the guys". His brother told him not to bring us then proceeded to say his wife was coming so he could bring the kids. So my husband started crying to me because he feels like he's stuck in the middle. I put a smile on my face, got the kids dressed and told him I could use the break to go have fun. As soon as they left I started crying because I've literally never done anything to these people for them to hate me. Just found out his grandpa was complaining about me to my husbands mom saying stuff like "poor (insert husbands name). He works all day and then comes home and has to take care of the kids. What does she do?" He only puts them to bed and sometimes cooks dinner but like duh he's a father that doesn't just go away because he has a job. Lol I take care of them and the house ALL day.
