Idk what to do anymore

I love my baby I wanted a baby for so long I’m so happy I have him and so in love with him. But boy does he cry I mean all the time!!!! Whyyyy? I’ve taken him to the hospital said he had reflux gastrointestinal gave me medicine he’s been in it for a week. Dr said he would be better in a week well no all. Colics? That was my first bet I’ve done everything gripe water colics drops and still there’s only few moments that he is a happy baby. What do I do? Anyone else going through the same thing?
