Advice!!
13 DPO, expecting AF tomorrow.. i always get terrible cramps, super emotional and one huge zit before my time of the month. I’ve only gotten the cramps (it’s not even cramps, it feels like a rock in my stomach and it’s a little tingly) and they feel super different from period cramps but they’re still super heavy. I also feel like my abdomen is super hard. I’ve tested negative so far.. Any thoughts?
