Does my baby have reflux?

Today my little girls pediatrician suggested that she has reflux. She is just one week old. She screams in pain at night, kicks her legs, arches her back, grunts, has bouts of spitting up (today has been a bit better), constantly has hiccups, wheezing, and gas. We are trying gripe water. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried this and it worked? The pediatrician said that it would go away soon because baby has an immature digestive system. I couldn't find anything online to suggest this, though. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. I hate seeing her in so much pain 😭
