Bank question ?!!

Omg so I just realized my debit card is missing 😭😭

I have two debit cards yes two I know I should only have 1

But I just realized it’s missing so I logged on my bank of Serria app to check if there was anything and I have a overdraft of negative $30

I noticed someone used my card on amazon prime to buy things they only bought a few things but still it wasn’t me 🙁

I’m going call the bank ASAP TOMORROW MORNING my question is will bank of Serria make me pay this fee back I don’t have money rn to be paying off debits that I didn’t cause HELP WHAT SHOULD I TELL THE BANK ?
