I need help 😩 I get such sever nausea as soon as I wake up, coupled with dizziness and I find it so hard to move. I’ve tried everything I’ve been told: eating as soon as I wake up (near enough impossible!), sour sweets (kind of help a little), ginger (now makes me feel worse!), anti sickness wrist bands, B6, fresh air, more sleep. Nothing shifts the nausea. Suggestions would be appreciated!
