TTC help, 3 wks off implanon. TMI

I’m just hoping someone can tell me what’s going on, if they have experienced similar, or can give me hope I could be pregnant.

Okay so I got birth control (implanon) taken out 3 weeks ago I started bleeding just over a week ago l

Was like a normal period.

I stopped bleeding 2 days ago I am now having brown like spotting with cervical mucus.

I’m experiencing pretty bad cramps, been having headaches for the past three days. And also have really bad indigestion 😵

Could I be pregnant do you think there is a possible chance?

I took a test but didn’t see anything so hoping it’s early. 🤞🏼
