Does anyone else research fertility support after each failed cycle?

Without fail, every cycle AF shows up and I repeat the same process of desperately researching what I can do to help improve our chances next cycle. We have only been trying for 6 cycles and I know that’s not long but it’s getting old and I can feel myself getting more desperate each time it is t our month. I’m tired of trying things and being disappointed. Does any of it actually work? I’m not trying to be negative - it’s just frustrating not having anyone to vent to because our families don’t know we’re trying. I know it’ll happen when it’s our time but it can’t get here soon enough.
