Will I get another ultrasound?

I will be 27 weeks Friday and haven’t had an ultrasound since 19 weeks. Just curious if I will get to have another.

With my son I didn’t have one again until around 37/38 weeks right at the end.

If you don't have a history of complications and you're not high risk it's unlikely. Sometimes they will be concerned about growth and will do a growth scan. If you have GD they will do additional scans also to confirm size and development. I see a lot of people doing the 3D/4D scans privately. My SIL did one 2 years ago and it was reasonably priced then. She got a video that was like 45 mins long of the whole ultrasound and lots of pictures.

Some will do one close to your due date to measure baby but probably not.

The next scheduled ultrasound for me is 36w, and the last one I had was at 20w. So I don't think so unless there is something wrong and they need to take a look. 💗

Uhm yea if you not at high risk or anything and nothing to be concern of your pregnancy then it’s shouldn’t be a concern like me I have a high risk because my son was IGUR he was born a premie so I’m pregnant with my baby girl they said I might have another premie so they want to monitor me so I been getting checked like every 4 weeks

I’m 27w1d and just had a doctor appointment today and was told I’d have another ultrasound at around 32 weeks. Because of covid DH hasn’t been allowed to go to any of the ultrasounds and they won’t even let me do FaceTime so we are thinking of going to a private ultrasound place so he can go with.

Most do a growth scan between 28 & 32 weeks. It's really up to your Dr though.

I got one last one with my 1st at 38 weeks to check for fetal weight..

I’ve always gotten a final one around 30-34 weeks called a growth scan. At my practice, that’s normal for all pregnant moms.
